Finally — the MLSPA has released the 2025 Salary Guide, and it’s time to dig in and compare. All figures below represent guaranteed compensation:

Overall:

- Union ranked 29th in the league, only ahead of Montreal CF

- Total wage bill of $13,365,549

New Signings:

- Damiani – $726K

- Lukic – $329K

- Glavinovich – $425K

League Trades:

- Bender – $150K (20% raise YoY)

- Vassilev – $381K (26% raise YoY)

Former Union Players with New Contracts Elsewhere:

- Craig – $90K (47% decrease YoY)

- Elliott – $1M (12% raise YoY)

- Gazdag – $2.5M (47% raise YoY)

Other Interesting Bits:

- Quinn Sullivan – New U22 deal at $518K (237% raise)

- Danley Jean-Jacques – $652K (8% raise) — Amazing value
